Role Overview:
As an On-Demand Car Battery Technician, you’ll be a key player in the fast-paced, customer-first service we offer. You’ll be responsible for providing both urgent service requests and scheduled jobs with precision and professionalism. You’ll work with our supportive dispatch team to deliver top-notch service to customers within a 30-mile radius of the Nashville Area. You’ll work independently, but always have access to our team for support when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Battery Delivery & Installation: Pick up car battery from warehouse, deliver to customer, Install Battery, it's that simple!
Flexibility: Work when you want, as much or as little as you want. As an independent contractor, you’re your own boss, deciding your schedule.
No Hassle Payments: Get paid per job, plus tips. You keep 100% of the cash tips and 50% of digital tips, giving you the opportunity to earn more based on your performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience with car batteries (installations, jump-starts, etc.) is preferred but not required.
Basic Tools: Must have general tool set to remove and replace car batteries.
Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using a mobile app to manage jobs, track service details, and communicate with customers.
Vehicle: Must have a reliable vehicle to transport tools and batteries to customer locations
Availability: Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, depending on customer demand.
